Betty’s Butterfly – Lady Butterfly Series

No 2 of the Lady Butterfly Series.  Betty’s Butterfly is a 6″ X 5″ painting, done with watercolor and ink.  The painting itself is painted on 140 lb hot pressed professional watercolor paper and comes mounted in a 10″ x 8″ inch black matt, custom cut to to fit the 6″ x 5″ art piece with white trim.  This painting can be mounted in a common 10×8 inch frame of your choice. Please note:  A frame is not included with this purchase.  This is a perfect painting for a smaller wall space. The background of this painting is done in hues of yellow and pink.  The butterfly itself is painted with a copper watercolor and shimmery copper inks, giving this butterfly’s wings a slight iridescent glow.    Betty’s Butterfly was dedicated to the artist’s late Aunt Betty.  She is missed.
