This is super easy to use and worth every penny. We bought new doorknoba that are able to be keyed by the purchaser and while that was easy to do. The locks were upside down in the knob straight from the factory. Of course the directions say. No worries if they are upside down. Well…. I don’t want them upside down. Dumb. If they know they are backwards, why don’t they put them in right or here’s an idea…. add the tool to the package! That honestly is my only complaint about the tool. It should have been in the package with the knob when I bought them!
