Delta Battery Box – Gen 3 Solenoid

Since the cap pops off like a jack-in-the-box, I was skeptical that replacing the bottom would fix the issue. But it actually has. I’ve reinforced it with rubber bands, so that perhaps it will last longer than the first. I removed one star because I’m pretty shocked the design hasn’t been improved. This is a pretty obvious failure point for faucet as a whole.
