This pergola is amazing…absolutely love it! It took our boring patio and turned it into a resort looking oasis. The quality of this product is EXCELLENT! Arrived in 11 large boxes and some small miscellaneous boxes (arriving ups, not all on the same day), but very FAST shipping. Took less than a week for all of it to arrive. All parts were delivered and accounted for (excluding of course the lumber/small misc items that as stated in the description are seperate purchase required). Directions were easy, and install was easy for 2 people (we did need 2 ladders). The part that took the longest (for us) was getting the post placement set up properly. The rest was smooth sailing. Love this pergola so much we might buy another! Excellent quality, company, and service!
