I’ve owned a number of different waffle straps in the €20-€70 price range, and this is both the cheapest and my personal favourite. It’s a bit thinner than similar straps, which I really appreciate, as it’s closer to the originals from the 60s and 70s. Not sure why people complain about it being stiff, feels pretty nice to me.If there’s one think I didn’t like, it’s the fact that the spring bars that come with the strap are too skinny for the holes in the strap. This strap is made to work with the extra-thick springbars you find on Seiko dive watches, so if you don’t already have those, the strap won’t fit properly.
