Description KP has finally introduced our very own color matched touch up paint. Each kit comes with the paint and catalyst required. Simply inject the catalyst into the paint and shake for about 5 minutes. You have about 30 minutes to use the paint before it starts curing. Make sure to leave adequate time to prep for painting. The machine will need to be scuffed with 600-800 grit sandpaper and wiped down with alcohol before application. After application, leave paint undisturbed in at least 55 degree environment for about 24 hours. Once cured, sand lightly with 600-800 sand paper, then finish with about 1000-2000. Then clean, and polish with compound. If you do not want to sand, you must clean the paint with alcohol first to remove the wax, then you can polish directly. Please use in well ventilated area, and use appropriate safety protection. Paint may not be an identical match to what you have due to temperature, humidity, sun fading etc. KP is not responsible for paint that is not a perfect match due to these factors.
